[draft mission statement]

As a San Antonio native I have been an adrent advocate for the culinary complexities embodied in the common taco. [stream of thought] I am building this site to help those not a familiar navigate through the wide variety of options and flavors available when they visit a San Antonio or texas taqueria. Not bragging but even our most mediocre offerings deliver tastes and flavors those with less experienced palettes will simply cheerish. Too often I hear visitors say they ordered the enchillada or the crispy beef taco. Sure these can be solid choices but they often pass up the opportunity try amazing tacos simply because our taco ignorance
